1. Company Information

AA Kothari Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of bulk mobile trading, B2B supply, corporate procurement, and distribution of smartphones, tablets, laptops, accessories, and related electronic products.

2. Acceptance of Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • AA Kothari Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order without prior notice.

  • Prices and stock availability may change without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All quotations provided are valid only for the specified period mentioned in the quotation.

  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges.

  • Full or advance payment may be required before dispatch of goods.

  • Payments must be made through approved banking channels.

4. Product Authenticity

  • We deal only in genuine and legally sourced products.

  • Product specifications, colors, packaging, and accessories may vary depending on manufacturer updates.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk and ownership of goods shall pass to the buyer upon successful delivery.

  • Customers are advised to inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

6. Returns and Replacements

  • Returns shall only be accepted for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • Claims regarding shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for replacement.

7. Warranty

  • Products supplied by AA Kothari Pvt. Ltd. are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.

  • We do not provide any separate warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

AA Kothari Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of business, profits, or revenue.

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

  • Manufacturer-related defects beyond applicable warranty coverage.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the products supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All company logos, trade names, marketing materials, website content, and business documents are the exclusive property of AA Kothari Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, pricing, or business information exchanged during the course of business dealings.

11. Compliance with Laws

Customers and business partners shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, import-export rules, taxation requirements, and government policies.

12. Force Majeure

AA Kothari Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.
